What Spiritier is
- An independent personal project by Jenny Ruan, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Frontier Airlines or Spirit Airlines.
- “Spiritier” is a coined name combining “Spirit” and “Frontier” as a tribute to Spirit Airlines after its 2026 wind-down. We don’t claim or imply any official relationship with either airline.
What you can do here
- Sign up for the waitlist with your email.
- Get one email when there’s a public version to try.
- Read the public landing page and these legal pages.
What you can’t do
- Spam the waitlist form or submit other people’s emails.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or any account on it.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the site.
- Use Spiritier in any way that breaks any applicable law.
No warranties
Spiritier is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or anything else. We may change, pause, or shut down Spiritier at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Jenny Ruan nor anyone associated with Spiritier is liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, or anything you missed because Spiritier was wrong, late, or down.
Trademark notices
Frontier Airlines and Spirit Airlines are trademarks of their respective owners. Spiritier’s use of those names is descriptive (nominative fair use) and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in San Francisco County.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and bump the date at the top.
